Reservations
- A reservation is only valid once the flow confirms the booking state shown on BookYoga
- Class reservations may close automatically when capacity is full or the session has started
- Program inquiries do not guarantee a confirmed booking unless the booking flow says so
Payments
- Payment requirements vary by program and can include immediate checkout or organizer follow-up
- Booking summaries and receipt screens are the reliable record of payment status
- If payment is incomplete, the reservation may remain pending or expire based on the product flow
Cancellations
Cancellation terms can differ by retreat, training, or class. The detail page and booking summary are the governing sources for the actual policy tied to your reservation.
