Booking Policy

This beta default explains the common BookYoga booking flow. Product-specific and host-specific terms shown during booking may also apply.

A booking or class reservation is only confirmed when BookYoga shows the confirmed state. Pending reservations may expire or require payment completion.

Payment provider confirmation, BookYoga booking status, and receipt details should be reviewed before attending or travelling.

Online classes may run inside the BookYoga classroom when enabled. Access requires a valid confirmed booking and may require browser camera and microphone permissions.

If a booking state, payment state, or classroom access state looks wrong, contact support with the booking or reservation reference.
