Refund & Cancellation Policy

This beta default is intentionally conservative. Actual refund eligibility may depend on product type, host policy, booking timing, payment provider limits, and support review.

Class cancellation windows may vary. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable unless host policy or support review says otherwise.

Retreats and trainings may include deposits, partial refunds, custom host deadlines, or non-refundable components. Review the listing and booking summary before paying.

Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, currency, and region.

BookYoga support may review booking records, payment records, attendance, host communication, and other relevant evidence before taking action.
